Removed erroneous default Journeymap settings
Dragons can now break themselves out of more naturally occurring blocks
Endermites, Gravemites, Netherfish, Scarabs, and Silverfish can no longer spawn as Champions
Mortar and Pestles are now universal in recipes when applicable
Charger (AE2) no longer requires a Spark
