Rule Breakers

This is a relatively "small" patch. Currently, I'm trying to make the modpack cater towards beginners. To do this, I'm removing anything that may overwhelm the a new player. Currently there's a lot of small client-side mods that don't really need to be in the pack, as well as a few larger content ones. The goal of this update is to hopefully allow the modpack to run better and be less confusing overall.

Disabled Firefly spawning because they (Like bees) dislike framerate.

Mod count is now 89. That's the same as the 1.1.5 update!
A large number of these mods were client-side, so if you liked them, add them back in.
