Seas of water. Seas of time. Both isolate Ardania, a realm steeped in humanity's myth and lore.

Ruins of Ardania is a magical modpack done in a fantasy medieval style.

The setting is loosely based off the game Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim. Never heard of or played Majesty before? No problem! It just gave me inspiration as to which mods put in the pack.

There were three things I want to focus when I made this pack:

Lots of magic, low tech: There are quite a few magic mods in this pack but almost no tech mods. The only real tech-ish mods are Ancient Warfare 2, Mystical Mechanics, and Cyclic. Even Psi has a magical flavour. Some of the major magic mods are:

Exploration and adventure: There are all sorts of structures to visit and conquer in the world, from obelisks and shrines to faction castles to rogue-like dungeon. There's even an endless labyrinth dimension to explore. The terrain is also generated in large continents so oceans are also easily explorable.
Build to your heart's content: I really enjoy building and having a variety of blocks at my disposal so of course I would include that in the pack. There are also several tools to make building easier.
