Some more dynamic surroundings sounds and features have been disabled
Added waterlogging to blocks (from the official betweenlands server; might be configured further in a later update)
re-enabled shaders, although they have been reduced in effect in an attempt to reduce the original lag it was causing

small bewitchment-betweenlands compat with the entities affected by cold iron damage increase

corrected rain not appearing somehow
and that's about it,
