what this modpack is in a nutshell
there are many rpg inspired modpacks made for minecraft as you can change minecraft quite a bit with mods and that might have inspired you to make your own rpg-themed modpack but as the first step is the hardest this modpack makes it easier by setting a basic world generation via biomes o plenty and structure overhaul via yung's amazing mods
and the rest is your canvas modify it in any way shape or form you like! (just link back to this page if you do upload it to curseforge modrinth or any other site)

Ice and Fire adds many creatures from various mythos and legends (but is mainly famous for its dragons)
Simply Swords adds many various weapons and unique runic weapons with special abilities
Passive Skill tree is for implementing various perks that are kind of like having rpg like class system
