RPG 101: The Storm Scourge

Tweaked the haste ability for the ranger. it now should only apply to the player and be instant

fixed the ranger spawning with a backpack

fixed the problem with keybinds

lowered the amount of damage the player has to deal to gain a level in the skill tree

updated some mods

fixed that all the tools has the knight requirment

fixed that the fps hud appears ontop of the minimap
