Rotted Ruins

Tweaked some final things, the modpack should (maybe) be complete now

Reverted the weather textures pack to normal for compatability reasons
No more monster boxes
Zombies will drop more loot, allowing you to craft things that require items like Phantom Membranes
Completely changed cars, they are more realistic and immersive now
Removed Jade, it showed some things that gave you advantages against the zombies
