Rose Gold Origins

I have removed World edit from this version as well as the data packs which are now included in the server version.

I have also added 

Mechanical tech

and

Astromine tech

Mechanical tech adds more primitive tech whilst Astromine adds space travel

The issue with bad terrain generation only appears if you run a server on a server world and not properly selected as a modded world.
