Rolling Waves

This update brings a fresh focus on the client side, with a number of optional enhancements to liven up the player's experience, for those who have a bit of GPU wiggle room. Resource packs for Fresh Animations alongside the mods EMF and ETF give an extra touch of grooviness to the movements of vanilla mobs, villagers, and traders. More Mob Variants gives this an extra boost, and it's matching resource pack - but make sure you load up the Resource packs (with Fresh Animations below the other FA add-ons). On the audio side, you can enable improved step noises, inventory shuffling, and cave reverb (echoes), with Sound Physics Remastered and Sounds. All of this is client-side only, so it can be omitted if your machine can't handle the excess baggage. But when it's all put together with shaders and Distant Horizons, it looks truly amazing - renewing the whole experience.
Additional content is also added with new mod: Chimes (some nice ambience with perks), plus lots of new railway goodies in Blocks and Bogies, Pretty in Pink, Create:Bells and Whistles. Other stuff has also been updated, including the Forge version, and it all works well client-side and server-side. Goggle info errors notwithstanding (looking at you, TFMG). Finally, just Create: Steam and Rails has released a new alpha version which seems to work OK, but enable it with caution. We haven't found any major bugs so far, but there is a lot under the hood that can go wacky.
Again, kudos to the mod devs for their incredible work, and we hope this pack brings delight to all.
