Rolling Waves

In this latest mod bundle, we've added Canary to improve overall performance, as well as Create Better FPS (an optional client mod that should help with shader performance). 
Create: Steam and Rails has been temporarily disabled again, as many inventory bugs cropped up. C'est la vie.
There is a small swathe of other mod updates, with some new content in Amendments, seeds in Mystical Agriculture, and more things in OTBWG.
