• added Allayed tools to "forge:tools" tag
• added spawn-unlocking mechanic; higher coefficient values unlock more difficult mob spawns
• added mechanic for non-hostile mobs to also scale; most efficacious attributes granted are 33% weaker
• fixed quests for Tremorsaurus task
• tweaked attributes to be less sensitive towards adding to the game's difficulty
• reworked display for the Rogue Meter: new sprite and sound cue
