- added refuse and litter in the form of sticks and stones you can find in the wild
- changed grassy dirt to drop less items
- added loose gravel, that can grant missing items from old grassy dirt
- added more items that drop from grass

- added a way to start fires on campfire bases
- nerfed tavern loot
- reverted armor changes, back to vanilla
