Riftbound Nexus is a long-term survival adventure where you start small—stone tools, a campfire, a safe roof—and grow into a fully equipped force that can conquer the world instead of just living in it. Establish a home base that feels earned: build farms, set up reliable storage, and create smooth routines for gathering and crafting so you can spend more time exploring and fighting.

As you push outward, you’ll raid stronger structures, hunt rare rewards, and steadily turn basic gear into legendary, build-defining equipment. Your character can become specialized—lean into archery, tanky frontline, fast skirmisher, or a high-damage “boss killer”—and you’ll feel that growth as enemies get tougher and your loot gets wilder. Progression isn’t just “more diamonds”; it’s better enchantments, stronger traits, and unique upgrades that make your loadout feel personal.

When you want a change of pace, you can also build up a quieter but rewarding life: fishing becomes a real pursuit with meaningful catches and reasons to return to the water, while your base turns into a hub that supports bigger expeditions and group play. Why does it update so much?
Until the pack reaches version 1.0.0 it can be considered alpha, so frequent updates and changes should be expected. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments.

What about Quests?

Quests have to be well thought out so they are both fun and rewarding without breaking balance or progression, so they will be part of the later updates nearing 0.5.0 or even as late as 1.0.0, I'm not sure.
