Reverse Manhunt

• Fixed not losing stamina while being outside of the building height limit
• Added a bunch of end-related blocks to blocks that buff mana regeneration and walk speed
• Fixed enderman message logic
• Increased hunter trashtalk radius by 50%
• Some minor quest book changes, updated the quest book and tooltips accordingly with the changes

Levellable (passive) abilities get changes all over the table:

• 1st ability also gives a chance to gain bonus experience from mobs
• 2nd ability grants +5% swim speed, reduced the walk speed bonus
• 3rd ability now grants +5% attack speed instead of +0.1 per level
• 4th ability grants +0.2 block reach per level, gives a little bit of hunger when killing animals and gives a new unique buff - fight or flight, which buffs you when taking +4 hearts of damage in 1 hit, renamed it to "Survival instinct"
• abilities are now slightly more expensive to level up (4->5 per level) to compensate for the overall buffs
