Balance changes:

  • Your base mana is +10 higher and x1.5 mana regeneration speed, essentially improving the earlygame, but active abilities are getting changed to compensate for that mana buff
  • Ender breath deals 3 -> 1.5 damage per level, 1 -> 0.5s cast time, 4 -> 3s cooldown - better for group damage, worse for single targets
  • Spike cooldown 1.5 -> 1s - making it more of a long range single target damage option. Should do better damage per second and per mana than breath overall to a single target 
  • Inspiration mana cost 5 -> 10, cast time 5 -> 3s - making it more convenient to use
  • Hunter duration 30 -> 15s and 1 -> 3 mana cost, 10 -> 8s cooldown, 2 -> 1.5s cast time - making permanent
  • Draconic essence and golden heart shards now have 4x crafting cost instead of 9x, but downgrading only outputs 3 and their drop rates from ores are slightly lower (overall it's still a buff to mining)
  • Stellar essence and hearts are now crafted differently (yet again) - since crafting table always outputs an extra nether star, now withers will drop the essence (3-6) and stellar hearts can be crafted in the smithing table

Visual changes:

  • Added a light dragon default skin in the 6th skin slot (inspired by wynncraft's orphion)
  • Updated the quest book accordingly to the changes
  • Fixed the lower wing texture being inconsistent, as well as "red drag base" textures for other skins
  • Changed enderman messages a bit, added some "casual mode" messages - if you disable the AI hunters and never "win", they'll be less shy but also less excited when they see you.
  • "Hunters have become stronger" message won't appear if the AI hunt hasn't started yet
  • Disabled the appleskin food value preview, it wasn't accurate in the first place

Other changes:

  • Added more comments into the code to make it easier to understand if you ever wanted to update it on your own
  • Added an ability to manually enable/disable outer end island access with admin settings
  • The entire end gateway is removed instead of a part of it when staring a new world
  • Replaced essential with e4mc as a game hosting mod, since it's lightweight and isn't as suspicious as essential in terms of respecting your privacy (although you can manually add it back if you want to)
