- summoning the ender dragon will now summon only 1 dragon in total rather than 1 dragon per player
+ QoL unlock quests no longer need /op to activate
+ breath ability now heals non-player dragons (as long as they're tamed, untamed ones still might take some damage on the first tick)
= tweaked the way the game detects active hunts / dragon summons / game wins, so those aren't counted all at the same time
by the way... it's backwards compatible with v1.6, version depends on who hosts the server since most changes are either server-only or client-only
