Reverse Manhunt

buffs:
- now you can hit mobs through grass, extremely useful for hunting in early game
- made hunters slightly slower once again to make it not feel as stressful
- hunters glow when 32 blocks away now instead of 24
- smelly meat porridge increased food value and doubled recipe output, making hunting for undead mobs a viable way of obtaining food
- reduced all skill upgrade costs to make it not as grindy (5->4 cost increase per level)
- hunter ability cooldown reduced 15s -> 6s to make stealth combat more viable (note that hunters see you all the time)

fixes:
- added an option to destroy frozen hunters with spike ability
- removed an unintended way to start the hunt in the AI hunter credits menu
- small wording changes
