Description
Revelations is a custom Minecraft modpack that reshapes the world into a living MMO Roleplay Factions realm, where legends are forged through war, ambition, and faith. Inspired by the great MMO RPGs of old, this world is driven not by scripts alone, but by the choices of its players.
From the moment you enter, you will choose a race and class, each bound to ancient powers, rival ideologies, and long-standing grudges. Kingdoms rise and fall through diplomacy and bloodshed, economies are built by the hands of merchants and warlords alike, and vast armies march under banners shaped by belief and betrayal.
This is a land of RTS-style faction warfare, player-driven politics, and deep progression. Cities are built, power is earned, and forbidden abilities lie in wait for those willing to claim them. Some will rule through conquest. Others through faith, cunning, or sacrifice.
In Revelations, you do not simply survive; you take part in a living chronicle. Become a champion chosen by fate, a tyrant feared by nations, or a myth whispered through the ages. The world remembers your name.
In total, there are three factions
The Divinity
Featuring: Humans, Halflings, Automatons, and Angels
Progress through discipline: They believe advancement is a moral duty, not a luxury. Technology blessed by Light: Automatons are treated as sacred creations, forged to eliminate chaos. Harsh moral law: To defy their doctrine is to defy the Light. Punishments can be immediate and severe. Missionary expansion: They believe all lands benefit from Divinity rule, whether willingly or “corrected.” They see themselves as benevolent shepherds but to others, they are iron-fisted zealots.
The Mythos
Featuring: Werebeasts, Elves, Seafolk, and Dragons
Primitive but spiritually advanced: Rituals, tattoos, totems, and ceremonial songs guide daily life. Intimacy as sacred energy: Pairing is considered a ritual bond of soul and nature. Music as magic: Drums, flutes, and chanting are literal conduits of elemental forces. Brutal honesty: Lies, cowardice, and wastefulness are the highest crimes. They are not mindless savages; they are survivors who honor the land more than themselves.
The Cryptics
Featuring: Vampires, Undead, Brutes, and Demons
No discrimination: Monster or corpse, all are family in pain. Retribution as religion: They do not worship gods, but the memory of injustice. Hierarchy through power: Elders are those who have survived centuries of torment. Undead crafts: Necrotic alchemy, blood magic, shadow engineering. Their purpose is not conquest; it is cleansing the world of those who wronged them.
