-Added new sidequest at the start of Chapter 3: The Dead King
HINT: Birch House
-Fixed Recruits killing each other in the HellFire Citadel, they will also target enemies automatically instead of defending you only.
-Fixed Ignatious companion getting in the way during fights with his dialog, cool idea but impractical. might add dialog differently later on
-Changed reward item for defeating Dead King, now you will receive his Blood Staff instead. (I know it was obvious from the jump but i totally was oblivious to the staff lol)
