Updated the underlying Minecraft version from 1.18.2 to 1.19.2

MODS
Added Amplified Nether (Amplified_Nether_1.19.3_v1.2.1.jar) which moves the Nether ceiling to y=256
The build limit in Nether has been increased to 351 blocks to preserve the space above the Bedrock ceiling (Thanks to @elysiasilly from the Minecraft Pack Development Discord for help with this!)
Added Architectury API (architectury-6.5.85-forge.jar) as Wall-Jump! UNOFFICIAL depends on it
Added Better Trident Return (bettertridentreturn-1.19-1.0.2-forge.jar)
Added Block Swap (Block Swap-forge-1.19.2-2.0.0.1.jar) to aid in the process of updating old worlds and changing out mods
Added Blueprint (blueprint-1.19.2-6.1.2.jar) as Clayworks and Windswept! depend on it
Added Chunk Sending (chunksending-1.19.2-2.6.jar)
Simple Kiln has been replaced with Clayworks (clayworks-1.19.2-2.0.1.jar) using Block Swap to convert to the Kilns added by Clayworks
Added Cloth Congig API (cloth-config-8.3.103-forge.jar) as Wall-Jump! UNOFFICIAL depends on it (other mods have an optional dependency for it but will not be listed)
Added Cupboard (cupboard-1.19.2-1.8.jar) as Connectivity now depends on it and the newly added Chunk Sending and Server Performance - Smooth Chunk Save depend on it

WORLDGEN
Ocean Towers now generate on the ocean floor instead of generating an island on the surface of the water
Towers made from Botania stone types now use the Marimorphosis biome tags to determine what biomes they generate in now

RECIPES
Compacting Drawers are now crafted with Silver instead of Iron
Clay can no longer be converted to Mud with an Alchemy Catalyst
Empty Shells and Empty Casings now properly use Brass instead of Copper, including the recipe for Empty Shells in the Bottling Machine (Thanks to @elysiasilly from the Minecraft Pack Development Discord for help with this!)
The basic form of all sandstone colors from Biome O' Plenty can now be crushed for Nitrate Dust in the Immersive Engineering Crusher
Alchemy Catalyst is now crafted with Electrum instead of Gold
Conjuration Catalyst is now crafted with two Elementium and one Celestite Shard instead of three Elementium
Can no longer cycle between different geode shards using an Alchemy Catalyst
Removed of the recipes for new items added in Baubley Heart Canisters since the previous version of the pack
Changed the Recipe for the Sould Heat Crystal to use one Echo Shard and four Celestite Shards instead of four Echo Shards and one Amethyst Shard
Added the "bumblebee" Music Disc from Windswept! to the #minecaft:music_discs tag

CONFIG
Disabled most info from Jade to declutter the top of the screen
Music Disc Endermosh now has a 20% chance to drop from the Ender Dragon, and is no longer added to End City loot chests
Removed various Music Discs from the loot of Various Reuprosed Structures and Better Structures (Thanks to @corgiblu from the Minecraft Pack Development Discord for help with this!)
Music Disc Otherside can now be found in the Common and Treasure chests in Better Strongholds
Added all budding geode blocks to the create:non_moveable block tag
