Fixes:

Incompatibility with EnderIO Soulbound enchant
Items with this enchantment will remain on your person once the grave is formed; then EnderIO will handle the enchantment. Unfortunately, this means that all Soulbound items will not (most likely) remain in the correct slots (due to how EnderIO handles the items).
Any items with Soulbound will not appear on Death Lists (meaning they cannot be restored with commands); this should make sense, since the items will never actually be in a grave (and should be on the player after respawn), never needing to be restored.
File IO errors with the backup files should be fixed now.
"latest" time stamp backups are now overwritten if a player dies with no inventory (to help cut down on accidental duping of items)

Fixes an issue where the home command would place the player within solid blocks.

Note: This change requires that there are at least 2 blocks (wide and long) of open space on any given side of your bed. This is the make sure that there is enough space to place the player.
