Fixed a bug where the illumination wand could destroy blocks
Fixed the wand models so they look better in hand
Swapping wand does now correctly do a block update so (for example) grass pops off if you replace grass with something else

Reliquary v1.3

NOTE: I have tested backwards compatibility quite a bit but there was a lot of refactoring in pedestal code so there may be issues with previously placed pedestals.



A major pedestal release
- New pedestal model by @Yulife
- There is now a display only pedestal in addition to the regular one that's meant for display only and doesn't do anything with the items put into it
- Both pedestals have new crafting recipes
- Both can be crafted in 16 different colors of the cloth that's on the top of the pedestal
- Regular Pedestal can now be turned on by the switch that's directly on it in addition to redstone and remote powering
- Waila support has been added to show what the pedestal is powered by
- When pedestal is turned on it will show some redstone particles near the switch in addition to switch lighting updated

Bug fixes:
- Fixed switching on pedestals on placement when there's remote redstone closeby
