The Regalia Modpack

What kind of Modpack is this?

The Regalia Minecraft Modpack is made for people who like to explore and discover new areas, dimensions or building blocks. When we created the Modpack wie tried on one hand to bring new exiting and refreshing things to the world of minecraft but on the other hand wie tried to not step on the toes of the vanilla core essence of the game. To archive this wie tested and still testing each mod we added or currently adding to the pack, one by one. We particularly trying to find out if a modification is not to complex for new players, if a modification brings something to the game, that simply makes it better and if a modification still kind of feels like vanilla minecraft. As a result you have carefully selected mods in a carefully collected modpack.

But... what is actually in the Modpack?

Enough of this self-praising, its time to show you what you have to expect if you using this modpack.

Smallest first: A lot of little tweaks in the games mechanics, they are not that noticeable but together they still changing thinks like the games interface, the sound design of the game or the performance your pc have to bring up to run this pack.

But, i know, those are not the things you're interested in. In fact we have new blocks and items it would be a huge waste of our time to list every one of them. All of this thanks to mods like the Quark Mod or the Chisel mod. So for everybody who things that there should have been more of a variety in blocks you can use for building your house, here you go! :)

If you more of a explorer than a builder, visit some of the new bioms... if you have enough time, maybe visit all of them? ;) Last time I checked there have been around 75, so you going to need very, very much time to do this.

There is a mod with a diamond axe, but not your kind of diamond axe, its a special one. It can cut whole trees by just breaking the bottom block of the tree. The best thing about this mod, the special axe is actually well balanced because you can just make it if you already found diamonds and because you can easily distinguish it from other axes... you don't destroy your whole hose by mistake. Believe me, it happend.

Theres a Mod that adds two new furnaces. They are called "the frunus" and "the pulvus"... those names... almost intimidating. Anyway, you practically can speed up the time you would normally spend, waiting for your stuff to get baked. Now its faster more effective and by using both furnaces the right way you can double the ingots you get out of one ore.

There is it, the infamous Furnus.

There is a mod your either going to love or you absolutely hate it, the harvest craft mod. Have you ever asked yourself why making bread is sooo easy in minecraft? No? Your problem because this mod brings a new function to the game: Everything whats worth of eating is going to take about an hour to make and everything else is just worthless. Like the cow steaks, now they are less filling that a hand full of wheat. Yes you can eat raw wheat... every players dream right? But let me say it you want to craft this nice southern style breakfast, take a day off, you going to need it. ;)

But all the problems I have with the harvest craft mod are coming from my own laziness, at the end i still think its a pretty awesome mod especially if you want to impress someone with your minecraft cooking skills... Why am I sarcastic about my own modpack? Why am i just taking to myself? What kind of description is this? Are you still reading? And why are there flying Pigs?

Because of the aether mod of course. The aether is one of three new Dimension, the other ones are "the atum" and "the Twilight Forest". All of them containing new dungeons new bosses and new blocks and new monsters and new other... stuff. Well, the end and the nether are now kind of reworked too.

Yea, there are dungeons, those dungeons look nice from the outside and from the inside too, but be careful to not look at the astonishing design too long, its likely you going to be slaughtered by zombies in diamond armor.

But let's just put the joking aside, we have just put a few mods together and now were presenting them to you. This is actually nothing compared to the efford the original creators of the mods put in theire work.

So lets praise them for a moment and the beauty full things they added to the game. Below this text there is a list with all the mods included.
