1.3 Changelog:

Added Mining Master, configured the mod to add enchantments to certain Alex's Caves items and added several new item upgrading recipes. This will also open the door to future upgraded items (the vanilla enchantment table still exists)
Added more quests for Vethea and Iceika in the DivineRPG questline and moved the quests a little
Added a few more Alex's Caves and Astral Dimension quests
Added Mining Master related quests
Added the RoR Underground Jungle to the is_jungle biome tag
Buffed Fairy drops to compensate for them being harder to find now due to more mob variety in the Underground Jungle
Improved fps by adding ImmediatelyFast (over 1k fps in many places for me now)
Shadowlands Fiery Ingots can now be used to craft DivineRPG Inferno armor/bows
Removed Shadowlands Fiery armor since it was near identical to DivineRPG Inferno armor
Made quest sizing more consistant
Changed the Alex's Caves Galena Gauntlet to be able to wield a larger array of crystal/gem based equipment when enchanted with Crystallizing, making it viable to use through much more of the game
Changed the RoR quests to reflect the 1.1.2 update changes
Changed the Divine Resprited resource pack (and any future packs) to be auto-loaded
Disabled the Quark Programmer Art pack from generating since it would be auto loaded otherwise
Fixed Lunaris mobs not having localization
