- Adjusted the recipe for some Dimensional Remnants

- Added a quest for the Hypocritical Saint
- Reduced the refund cost on some armor sets

[FIxes]
- Fixed the quest for Varsium not having a money reward
- Fixed the Void Forge quest not being connected to the Infernal Forge quest

[Dev Notes]
I know that Simply Swords has an update, but I will not be updating it for now. Most of the cataclysm weapons now deal damage comparable to Legendary Blades and some remnants give more yield. Most major changes are non-metal/crystal remnants are shapeless recipes, while metal/crystal ones are shaped now.
