[Dev Notes]
Apologies for the long gap between updates, I have been focusing on other things lately and never really got around to pushing a new update, let alone balance testing 5.2. Chances are there are still some imbalances in the update but I have also been recommended to add mods like what you see in the mod changes. There's a chance Scaling Health could be removed due to the fact its config has changed and idk how to config it anymore. If anyone knows how, please let me know.
