Reach the Arcane

Added some Mods, for example Soul Shards for better Mob-Farms (which i learned is a big part) , Dark Utilities and not Enough Wands to accelerate slow machines like the Draconic Fusion Crafting

Also changed configs so the Wands have to be crafted, cannot be found in Dungeon Chests
