Every injury matters. With the First Aid system, damage is localized—broken limbs, bleeding wounds, and critical injuries can mean death even when your health bar looks fine. Reckless combat will end runs quickly.
As time goes on, Progressive Difficulty ensures the world escalates with you. Enemies grow stronger. Threats become deadlier. Survival early on does not mean safety later.
Pollution chokes the air. Ignore it, and you’ll suffer permanent consequences—blindness, sickness, or worse. Food is scarce. Resources are scattered. Every step outside is a calculated risk.
Explore ruined cities. Scavenge frozen remnants of the old world. Craft makeshift weapons—or descend into the depths to uncover firearms, armor, and forbidden technology guarded by twisted monsters and bosses.
Beneath bedrock lies The Undergarden, a realm darker and more unforgiving than the surface. Above awaits The Aether—beautiful, deadly, and no refuge without sacrifice. Even the Nether and the End have changed. They are harsher. More dangerous. Less forgiving.
