More recipe cleanups, this time with an emphasis on:

  • Large Meals
  • Miner's Delight
  • My Nether's Delight
  • Ocean's Delight

Nether's Delight was removed due to its overlaps with MND. I did originally want to keep it for its better textures and the Blackstone blocks, but cleaning up the two mods so there were no duplicates was annoying. Since a mod was removed, some blocks may disappear from existing worlds, but nothing serious should vanish. I think I got them all, but some recipes may have broken. I will have to investigate further in future.

0.3.4 is on the way soon, with 0.4.0 after that.
