Added auto leveling & EP scaling based on health data packs for vanilla, tensura, ice and fire & iron spells mobs
You have to manually add the tensura, ice & fire, and iron spells datapacks if you wish to play with them. They are different versions of the same data pack for EP scaling that is included.
