Rapture Revamped

I had to remove the Nightmare epic seige mod because it was giving too much hassel to my server.

I wasnted to be able to customize what blocks could be broken more easily but when i tried it caused crashes and the only way to make it stop was 100% disable it. 

they somehow even managed to break the unbreakable blocks from security craft and that was nuts. 

so im goiong back into trying to customize Improved mobs instead of just using it for the better AI patterns im going to fiddle with its config files and try to get that working.
