Rapture Revamped

A small update to change a few text files, and balance some config options

difficultly now raises in a more moderate way, but has a higher cap.

mobs should no longer steal things from your chests, but can still break down your doors and a few other things.

Mobs can no longer just instantly summon a flying mount to get to sky bases. it is still possible just much more rare.
