Still in alpha since there are game-breaking bugs. Added back "Artifacts" and "Relics: Artifacts Compat" due to a mistake on my part: I misunderstood a bug report. Turns out Potion Rings was causing a shrink-related crash. Also, the update to "Stellaris" adds new ores to world gen... so if you want those, you might need to venture out past where your generated chunks are - or start a new world!
