QuixPack

This is the first full release of the pack. It should be quite stable. If there are any bugs or other things that need fixing, let me know on the discord:

New Mods:

-Added Kleeslabs

Quest Changes:
-Added an additional Advanced Inventory explanation in quest

-Redstone and Diamond seed quest order switched around

-Silk touch is no longer required in the nether spores quest

-"Xtone tiles" and other 'Building' line quests are no longer crafting quests

-Corrected Salination Plant quest as the multiblock only requires heat, and not RF

Other Changes:

-adjusted recipes for tier 2 and 3 growth crystals

-removed reinforced obsidian and obsidian ingot

-Added more essence recipes for Mystical Ag

-Turned off Mekanism update notifications

-disabled chisel anti-block due to overlap with Mekanism plastic

-Apparently Project E has a bug where Klein star recipes 2 and up are not working. Fixed this with CraftTweaker
