Just a quick fix for a couple of progression issues and a re-vamp of the Utilities Questline.

-Changed Recipe for Nether Spores to be less expensive

Questbook: (Note: In order for changes in the questbook to take effect on worlds started in previous versions, you must enter the command '/bq_admin default load'. This will not get rid of your existing progress)
