Quantum Skies 0.7.1

This release updates GregTech Modern to 7.2. There are a lot of gameplay changes since the previous version of Quantum Skies, which used version 1.6.4 (they have dropped the leading 1 from the version number). It's recommended you check their changelogs to check gameplay changes when updating your world from a previous version.

One big change has been a "fix" to behavior to the way that oilsands ore works. In light of that, QS has now added "light oilsands", which is slightly less annoying to deal with and still yields oil. The sieving recipe for soul sand has been updated, but if you are upgrading and have a large cache of oilsands, there are recipes (via the dehydrator & mixer) to convert between the ores.

This version (and subsequent 0.7.x updates) is playable on an official server whose details are in the discord.

Quest/Balance Changes

• Electric Jetpack quest moved to MV
• Many quest style updates and grammar fixes (thanks to qbedit)
• Cauldron recipe now returns an empty bucket from your bucket of witch water
• Calcite, Tuff, Dripstone and GT Marble all now attainable
• Soul Sand -> Oil rebalance
• Personal shrinking device really does not require power now, as the questbook says
