- changed chromium oxide reduction to be done with aluminium instead of coke (moved and changed advancement to match)
- changed aluminium oxide reduction to make 2 aluminium instead of one
- reduced chromium oxide output of iron ore to 10%

- added quality of life mods : Mouse Tweaks, Swing Through Grass, FTB Utilities and Backups
- removed mod MixinBootstrap. Not sure why it was there in the first place
