Magic not your thing? want to mass an army of recruits to survey your base and defend you from invasions? check out the recruits mod! for just a few shiny green M&M's (Emeralds) each you could hire a merc to protect you! why just one? pfft you could hire as many as you can find if you have enough of the shiny green M&M's (Emeralds).
speaking of invasions sometimes hordes will attack your base.
