Config Changes

RCT (radical cobblemon trainers) Mod - Changed config to blacklist them spawning in The Bumblezone to prevent crashing

Spectrum Changed the bottles in Spectrum to be disabled in claimed chunks. Please make sure to use them in unclaimed chunks only!

Datapack Changed Removed my personal datapack to allow for the bottles in Spectrum to function. Be cautious!!!
