PSC: Apocryphal

In this new version we added biome o' planty and updated some mods here and there cause why the hell not? Overall the modpack should be more interestiong to play, no more update messages, and normaly, the "string stack size" error is fixed? should be at least! We also made some tweaks for the next updates where we might switch from tacg to tac0 when the mod will have more guns and all!
