Protocol Expansion

Changed recipe for Kinetic Dynamo to no longer require redstone.

Changed recipe for most wire spools to require treated sticks in recipes.

Added another cutscene (hint: requires time, also let me know in the comments if the disc works and does play music as intended)

Updated mods.

For anyone still reading the changelog, I understand that the stamina bar can be frustrating but the config file for it is not available yet. I intend to increase the stamina cap and recharge as soon as possible.
