Prominence [FABRIC] v1.4 Update - Performance & Tech Quests

This update brings new performance improvements, lesser load times and ram usage, new quest chapters for Ad Astra and AE2 quests made by Juliet!
Over 100 new quests in total! Tech Reborn and Create quests will come soon!

Changes:
- Added three new quest chapters with over 100 quests: "The Moon", "Ad Astra" and "AE2"
- Loading times improved a lot thanks to ModernFix
- Improved chunk load performance, that some players had issues with
- Cached structures to improve loading times
- Fixed some quests rewards.
- Balanced Frostiful's temperature.
- Balanced Spellblade, Wizards and Priest&Paladins loot pool.
- Fixed Combat Roll icon
- Fixed keybinds related to backpacks
- Fixed some resource packs not being enabled by default for some people
- Balanced out the glass sword (Was too overpowered)
