BATTLEFIELD ERF is a minecraft mod with a focus on zombies, building, and guns. There are 2 versions. BFE 1.0 doesn't require a separate server pack but BFE 2.0 does. If you plan on hosting BFE 2.0 on a server, you will need to download the forge essentials mod for this version of forge. 

BFE 1.0 - Run and Gun Mode. Kill zombies. Zombies drop loot bags. Bags contain guns and ammo. Reload. Rinse and repeat.

BFE 2.0 - Coin Rewards. Kill Zombies. Zombies drop loot bags. Bags contain currency. Bring currency to server shops (or player shops). Buy items.

All loot bags contain currency now, ranging from 1 dollar coins to 10 dollar bills. The higher 

the rarety of the bags, the higher the chance of a larger bills. The mod contains bills larger than what i put into these bags.

So, I created this pack because my son and I love minecraft and we play it quite frequently. He recently stumbled across another mod that used the Vic's Modern Warfare mod (guns) and we had a blast with it, so we decided to make our own pack with some changes, invite some friends to play, and here we are.

So lets talk about the pack? Well, its Minecraft, with a lot of zombies, and a lot of guns. Like I said, the pack features Vic's Modern Warfare Mod (look for this mod, and all mods, under "mod list" at the top). The mod is insane. It has a TON of guns, and a TON of ammo types, and even adds body armor, and cameras! So, what goes great with lots of guns? Lots of targets! Using a Zombie Awareness Mod, I was able to AMP up the danger, and zombies will now track you by sight, smell, blood, sound, etc. Better be quiet loading that shotgun, cause theres a horde of zombies around the corner and they ALWAYS look hungry! Oh, and did I mention they dont burn in the sun? Mob Sunscreen mob makes sure of that. No more hiding behind the sun for you!

Alright, so we have guns and we have zombies. At least its a balance. Lets add to that now. What would make zombies scarier? How about if they are in the dark? Vanilla minecraft doesnt get dark enough, so, we made it darker. When its night, its dark, so you better bring a torch or get inside!

So lets say you do find a nice corner to hide in, or do manage to gun down a bunch of zombies and get away. How do we find more ammo? Zombies! Using loot bags, I have configured bags to drop ammo, and guns that go with that ammo type. Kill more mobs, get more ammo! 4 different loot bags (pistols, smgs+shottys,rifles,and special). All bags contain guns and ammo that match each other. 

We went over guns, zombies, darkness, and how to get ammo. How about where this all takes place? Well, in the city of course! Using the "lost city" mod, we can generate a new world, populated entirely with a large city! Battle your friends and battle the mobs while enjoying the beautiful pixel city! Or, if you prefer, you can spawn floating islands, destroyed citys, and much more! 

Oh, and when you die... you become a zombie. You cant control it or anything but yea, you walk around. Zombie you. There he is.

I will be adding additional loot bags with guns and ammo in the next few days, and i do have the intentions of spawning a server for people to try the pack on!
