1. Turn world to fully peaceful or turn off the server from being able to spawn any mobs.
2. Use a mob command maker online that will write the code for you on the mobs you want in your game. [You can make mobs faster and slower and spawn rates.]
3. Make a command block and drop your command into the command block. [Make sure you set the command to spawn a mob spawner and make sure to give it the cobordances of where it needs to spawn in the command.]
[RECOMMENDATION: HIDE THE MOB SPAWNERS UNDER THE GROUND IN YOUR WORLD.]
THIS DOES TAKE LONGER TO CONFIGURE A MAP, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY 100% WAY OF HAVE DEVELOPED TO WORK AROUND NOT HAVING A MOD TO DO THIS FOR ME.
