PATCH NOTES FOR PROJECT OVERPOWERED 1 - VERSION 4.9

Quest changes:
-Fixed mekanism smelter quest not working (ffs)

Small Endgame Challanges Update:
-Removed the roots armor quest and replaced it.
-Changed the Magical Cooking quest to demand more items.
-Runes quest in botania needs 5 pieces.
-The player now needs 4 more pink slime and ingot
-Fertilizer needed rounded up to 150.
-Pig killer quest changed to Animal Hunter quest.
-Turtle friend quest changed to Exotic Mobs.
-Added extra ingots and chickens to obtain into chickens quest.
-Extra blocks in Extra Utillities quest.
-Extra cores required in draconic evolution
-Mekanism quest chapter is much harder to compleate.
-Reliquarey second quest updated.
-Extra cores needed in the third reliquare challenge.
-All Ender IO quests remade.
-Removed nighshade duplicate from roots quest.
-Remade the holy granade quest in reliquary.
-Totemic overpoweredness quest now needing multiple baykoks to be killed.
-Eagle Drops quests needs double the materials from eagles.
-Farmers dream quest needs 10 of eatch item.
