PATCH NOTES FOR PROJECT OVERPOWERED 1 - VERSION 4.8

Endgame Challenges Rework:
-Endgame Challenges now unlock only after finishing all chapters (creative items chapter doesnt count).
-Required items to start endgame challenges chapter are removed.

Quest Changes:
-Fixed misspelled AE2 in the quest chapters name.
-Default non upgraded mekanism machines dont use recipe id for quests but use various NBT tag methods for completion detection.
-Added the information on how to switch back the Akashic Tome.
-Fireworks in the Endgame Chicken quest set to "submit" rather then just obtain.
-Removed the task of needing 100mil EMC for the Almost There! quest.
