-Fixed wrong quest connection in Draconic Evolution

-Removed the possibility to bread awakened draconium chiken from draconium and ender chicken
+Breeding and roost speed for chickens increased for breederSpeed from 1.2 to 1.8 and for roostSpeed from 1.5 to 1.6

-Talisman of repearing nerfed to repare items slower, changed from 20 to 30 ticks
Watch of Flowing time changes:
-watch of flowing time no longer slowdown mobs, changed from 0.1 to 1
-watch of flowing time bonus ticks nerfed from 18 to 15
