Total spelling mistakes fixed = 6

Quest Changes:
-Rewritten few quests from the latest quest chapters (EnderIO and Draconic)
-Changing quest names to look better and simplifing their names (example mekanism quest 5x steel ingots changed to just Steel ingots)

JEI Fixes:
-Fixed JEI hiding blueprints for some players
-Hid more uncraftable and unobtainable items (fertilized farmland etc.)
-Removed all unobtainable creative items from JEI
