BACKUP YOUR WORLD BEFORE UPDATING-WORLDGEN CHANGE

Fixed:
- Removed Tectonic due to performance issues (slow chunk loading, players outside of official server are welcome to re-add it or download different world-gen mod based on their taste. Mod will still be included on Official Server).
- Minecolonies citizens were unable to kill cows, sheep, etc. - fixed by lowering peaceful mob's difficulty.
- Removed hostile mob's difficulty based on distance from spawn to make them have lower level. Player's Y level (and local difficulty) still makes them more dangerous.
- Lowered hostile mob's max difficulty level.
