Project Integration

First major update to our modpack.

We've come to realize by wanting to use alternative power production methods by removing or making the common generators harder, we didn't leave much room to make huge quantities of power generation that is needed for the lategame grind without using Mekanism multiblocks that quickly lagged our server into single digit tps. I wanted to avoid BigReactors as it's always been a staple of easy reliable power gen that several people turn to. Unfortunately to fix what our modpack needs, it fit the bill perfectly. A mod that is only there to provide power gen, while having fuel / power gen customizable. And being able to easily limit it to lategame, when you need it.

Also adding fixes to help keep our server stable.
